I have always been fond of the title "Shepherd" given to God in biblical passages. The role of leading His flock and caring for them. The good shepherd will leave his flock to retrieve the one sheep that has wandered away from the rest and then bring them safely back into the fold. I have seen times in my journey that I got off the pathway and found myself wandering. Just as He promised, He called me back and got me on the right pathway once again. Sometimes it is a gentle nudge and other times it can be a real awakening experience but when you are His, He does not leave you in darkness and silence. I am thankful to be a part of that fold and I am "one of the sheep".
I am going to be blogging about many things and possibly a whole lot of nothing ...lol, but it is my hope that you get a smile, a chuckle, inspiration or reflection in my writings.
